Buyogo integrates with marketplaces and webshops to set up data exchange pipelines and help sellers process their order efficiently. The order status is updated back on the sales channels based on the seller actions on CMS.

Automations

Within order processing, we can offer certain automations. Automations are useful, if certain steps in the order processing want to be automated.

For starters, we don't recommend activating any automations to keep the control over the operations.

Currently, we offer automations at three order event stages order confirmation, shipment confirmation, delivery confirmation:

Order event Description
Order confirmation All the orders in the open state are confirmed automatically every 5 minutes
Shipment confirmation All the orders in the confirmed state are marked as shipped automatically at a fixed time every day
Delivery confirmation All the orders in shipped state are marked as delivered every 5 minutes

πŸ“§ Email notifications

We also support email notifications, meaning we can take over email notification to your buyers (for webshops only). In the below table you can see what emails can be automatically sent to sellers based on a order_event.

Types of Emails

Order shipped Send email to buyer on order shipment confirmation
Order delivered Send email to buyer on order delivery confirmation

Additionally, we can also send the invoice (paid or unpaid) to the buyer. The invoice can be sent on a desired order event.

πŸ“ Order Documents

Buyogo generates delivery notes and invoices (with QR Bill attached) after the order is accepted in Buyogo CMS. Buyogo allows sellers to print multiple delivery notes and invoices in a single click.

These documents can also be customised as per the seller’s requirements from the CMS itself, to include their brand colors and fonts, add the thank you notes on the documents and add some after sales help/instructions for the buyers.

Delivery note

The delivery contains basic information about the order. Our generated delivery note contains the following information:

Invoice

The invoice contains more detailed information about an order such as payment related information. In case of a post-paid payment method (i.e. bill), we also will generate a QR Bill attached to the invoice.

Buyogo helps add shipment tracking URL for buyers to track their orders and send it in the shipment confirmation email.

In CMS, you can easily add your Tracking ID and Tracking URL to confirmed orders (before shipping). The respective information about the tracking will also send back to the respective marketplaces (which normally take over all the communication with the buysers).
